Information we collect
Workspace accounts contain a name, business name, website, email and password hash. Customer-acquisition and homeowner-network forms may collect a person’s name, email, phone, postal code, service request, source tags, referrer, project-choice answers and the exact consent wording shown at submission. Before submission, the quote flows record anonymous view, start and step-completion events using a random per-tab identifier that is irreversibly hashed before storage. These events contain no answers, contact details, IP address or browser fingerprint. Customer businesses may add project material, channel details, lead outcomes and notes.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate isolated business workspaces, create approved acquisition assets, check service and area eligibility, route an enquiry to the provider named before submission, prevent duplicates and abuse, attribute acquisition sources, calculate outcomes, improve the quote experience, and respond to support or pilot requests.
Sharing
Acquire Science does not sell a homeowner request to competing providers in the exclusive pilot. A request submitted on a business’s page is available to that business. In the independent homeowner network, the eligible provider is named before submission and the request is shared only with that provider. Service providers may process information only to operate hosting, databases, AI generation or an explicitly connected publishing, CRM or notification service.
Consent and communications
A lead form records the wording a person agreed to, the named provider and their contact preference. A request-related reply is distinct from marketing. Commercial email or text automation must remain disabled unless the customer business has an appropriate consent basis, identifies itself and provides required preference or unsubscribe controls.
Retention and safeguards
Tenant identifiers separate each business’s records. Session cookies are signed and HTTP-only. Connected channel and CRM tokens are encrypted before storage. We retain records only while needed for the stated business purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling and system security.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to or correction of personal information, or ask that information no longer needed be deleted. Use the contact form and identify the business or enquiry involved. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Forecasts and case studies
Planning forecasts are stored separately from observed outcomes. A customer result is not used in Acquire Science marketing unless its source and separate marketing permission are recorded.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. This policy describes the product as deployed; provider-specific disclosures should be added before a new integration is enabled.
