The service
Acquire Science helps local service businesses turn approved business information and completed work into acquisition assets, capture leads, record outcomes and compare channel performance. Its independent homeowner-network pilot also helps a person organize a project request and, where configured coverage exists, connect with one named local provider.
Homeowner network
Acquire Science is a planning and matching service, not the painting or renovation contractor. A provider independently confirms project fit, availability, price, contract terms and performance. The founding pilot uses exclusive matching: the destination provider is named before submission and the request is not distributed to competing providers.
“Zero media spend”
“Zero media spend” means a campaign records no spending on paid advertisements, sponsored distribution or purchased leads. It does not mean that Acquire Science is free, that the business has no operating or labour costs, that total customer acquisition cost is zero, or that growth is guaranteed.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide information you are entitled to use, record customer permissions accurately, protect account access, respond lawfully to enquiries, and confirm campaign and outcome data honestly. You may not use the service for impersonation, fake engagement, spam, unlawful discrimination or unsupported claims.
Publishing and external platforms
Connected platforms have their own rules and may change or suspend access. “Manual,” “unsupported,” “configuration incomplete” and “publishing failed” are valid product states. Acquire Science does not promise distribution through an unavailable or unauthorized channel.
Forecasts and results
CAC ranges, forecasts and calculators are planning models based on the inputs and assumptions displayed with them. They are not guarantees. Actual results depend on market demand, channel access, response time, qualification, close rate, pricing and the accuracy of recorded costs and outcomes.
No fabricated evidence
Content with unresolved safety problems remains blocked. Acquire Science may refuse or remove material that lacks a supporting source or recorded permission.
Availability
The founding-customer release may change as pilot evidence is collected. Provider-dependent features are available only when their configuration state says they are connected and ready.
Account closure
A customer may request closure through the contact form. Data export should be completed before closure. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal obligations or dispute handling.
Liability
Acquire Science does not guarantee enquiry volume, booked work, search ranking, platform reach or CAC reduction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim.
Changes
Material changes will appear here with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply from that date.
